Our staff has years of real world technical experience, and in their areas of expertise are the best at providing you with the knowledge and guidance you need to accomplish your goals. Training Delivery
Our standard and custom courses have three delivery options; including our-site, your-site using our equipment, and your-site using your equipment.

Course Development
We develop our own standard courses; and from that material often create a customized seminar or program to fit your companies specific needs. Also, as their requirements dictate, we develop courses for companies such as Sun Microsystems, EMC and Xerox.

Consulting
Along with delivering course material, we often take a troubleshooting role and work as consultants to solve complex technology problems that our customers face.

Support
Our support services include phone consultation, on-site evaluation and support, and remote evaluation and support. We also have automation, monitoring and reporting services available.

Business Solutions
As consultants, we can also design, architect and implement Information Technology solutions based on your immediate and long-term needs. Additionally, because we are a smaller company, we are competitively priced, and can save your company time and money; providing you a greater return on your investment. We are a proponent of Open Source Software / Free Software, and can assist you in creating an enterprise infrastructure based on OSS, for a fraction of the cost of closed / proprietary software.
