Phone Support
Call us for advice, when you have a question about an implementation, or when there is no one else to turn to. We will almost always have an immediate answer to get you pointed in the right direction. If we don't have an answer immediately, we can do the research or use our internal resources to get you the information you need.

On site evaluation and Support
Initially, we prefer to come on-site to evaluate your physical environment, and to meet with you face to face. Our experience has shown that discussing options on-site works best to determine your needs. Also, if we provide support that's considered mission critical, it's usually appropriate to perform the task on-site to guard against any potential problems.

Remote evaluation and Support
Once we have established a rapport, and we are aware of the physical configuration of your environment, we can configure a secure authentication method between our site and your site. When this is setup, non-critical future engagements can take place remotely at a cost and time savings to you.

Automation
If you have a manual process that needs to take place on a peirodic basis, it is most likely ripe for our automation service. We work with you to determine what specific requirements you have so we can agree on the end result. Then, we can write a program that completes this task quicker, safer and more efficiently, saving you the time of going through it yourself.

Additionally, you will also have access to the source code of the program, so it's yours to update / maintain in the future if you wish. If a program is a significant undertaking and with your permission, we will release the source under the Gnu General Public License if that action does not present a security risk to your company.

Monitoring and reporting services
Our monitoring and reporting services allow you gather metrics on your environment based on whatever criteria you desire. We can e-mail these to you, or send you a link to our monitoring site. Our monitoring services can keep track of the uptime of your machine, the cpu, memory, swap, and disk space usage, the number of users and processes, the web site statistics, etc. Pretty much anything that can be measured over time can be monitored and reported on.
